The Bourne Legacy Trailer

Trailers to the next installment to the Bourne film have been spotted. The Bourne Legacy is the fourth installment in the series, and the first to not star Matt Damon as Jason Bourne. This time around, the lead role is played by Jeremy Renner. Renner plays Aaron Cross, another experimental operative looking to discover his past.

Although Damon doesn’t make an appearance in the film, his character Jason Bourne does, with The Bourne Legacy strategically tied in with the previous Bourne flicks. Edward Norton and Rachel Weisz also star alongside other returning cast members.

The Bourne Legacy premieres August 3. Do you think Jeremy Renner is a fit replacement for Matt Damon? Leave us a comment below and ‘like’ us on Facebook for updates.

Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows

Set to hit cinemas next month, Dark Shadows is an adaption of a popular cult soap opera of the same name, which ran from 1966-1971. It’s directed by Tim Burton and stars Johnny Depp, marking it their eighth collaboration together. Depp plays the role of Barnabas Collins, a vampire from the 18th Century. Other cast members include Eva Green, Chloe Grace Moretz and Michelle Pfeiffer.

The duo can’t go wrong, with anticipated buzz around the film suggesting Dark Shadows will be a success. The last time we saw Tim Burton and Johnny Depp work together was in 2012 for Alice In Wonderland, which brought in over $1 billion worldwide.

Release date has been set for May 11.
